Cancellation Policy

If you do not give us at least 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. This also includes coming in for your scheduled appointment and choosing to change your service. Please give us the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Your appointments are confirmed 48 hours before your scheduled time. The card on file will be charged the day of the scheduled service if you fail to give us notice 24 hours in advance.

No Call/No Shows

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up at the scheduled time of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service price the day of your appointment. If it becomes 25 minutes past the scheduled appointment time and you have not contacted your stylist, it will be considered a no call/no show.

Late Policy

If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment completely and pay a cancellation fee for your scheduled service.

Men + children hair cutting: Please understand this is a 15-30 minute appointment. If you are 10 minutes late for this appointment, it may have to be canceled with a 50% service charge.

Redo + Refunds

Client redos are only possible if your stylist is contacted within 3 days of the original appointment. If you are unsatisfied, we would like you to communicate with your stylist and together come up with a solution. A redo must be with the same stylist. If you choose to switch to a different stylist, you will be charged full price for their time. If hair is changed in any way by another salon/yourself the redo policy is void. You will have to pay for your future appointment in full. We do not offer refunds on services or products.
